This Privacy Policy describes how When to Post AI ("we", "our", or "the app") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our iOS app.

Information we collect

• Account data: an anonymous user ID created by Firebase Authentication when you open the app. No name, email, or phone number is required or collected.
• Social handles you choose to add: the Instagram or TikTok handles you enter so we can calculate posting windows. These are stored securely in Firebase Firestore and linked only to your anonymous user ID.
• Subscription status: whether you are on a free trial or paid subscription, provided by Apple StoreKit / Superwall. We do not receive your payment information.
• Crash and diagnostic data: Firebase Crashlytics collects anonymous crash stack traces and device model/OS version to help us fix bugs.
• App usage analytics: Firebase Analytics records which screens were viewed and which paywalls were shown, tied only to the anonymous user ID.
• Push notification tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging stores a device token so we can send reminders you have opted in to.

What we don't collect

• We do not track you across other apps or websites.
• We do not sell your data.
• We do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.
• We do not use third-party advertising SDKs.

How we use information

Collected data is used only to: generate your posting schedule, remind you at the chosen time, fix crashes, and understand aggregate product usage.

Data retention and deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete account in the app. Once deleted, your anonymous user ID and all linked data are permanently removed from our Firestore database.

Children's privacy

When to Post AI is intended for general audiences and is safe for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children.

Third-party processors

We use the following trusted processors: Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config), Apple (StoreKit), and Superwall (paywall rendering).
